I'd recommend any of the SAGE Green and Blue books. They're concise, informative, give real examples that really explain how to use the tools described, and are even readable. I've never found any better statistics guides.

Good for beginners

This book is easy to read and follow, but it is very introductory. If you have previous EDA experience, it may be beneficial to skip to the later chapter than suffering through the early ones.
