Aaron Lumpkin (1951- ) was born in Cuthbert, Georgia. He lived a below-average, uneventful life until he discovered that life can be an extraordinary adventure. He came to realize that all people possess the remarkable ability to reach for exceptional levels of satisfaction and meaning. In 1985, he started writing about the value of cultivating a positive self-image and knowing that life is a journey to be cherished now. His books have been published in India, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Nigeria.
Lumpkin is an author, philosopher, motivational speaker, husband, and father. He lives in Hendersonville, Tennessee with his lovely wife and amazing teenage son.

Well worth my time

This book certainly packed a punch in my life and made me rethink my stance, in that I need to relax more, take a fresh look at where I'm headed, and to live life with a purpose.
Lumpkin's expansive vocabulary pared with his warm humor is the driving force behind this highly motivational book.
Uplifting and inspiring, it's an easy read that's chocked full of good words and wisdom. I highly recommend it!
